License grant

Subject to payment, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Cloud Waste Scanner for internal business use.

Local-first boundary

The product is designed to run on customer-controlled machines. Cloud credentials and scan evidence stay local unless the customer chooses to export or share data.

Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, rental, or third-party hosted service use.
• No removal of copyright, license, or attribution notices.
• No reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• No use that violates cloud provider terms, security rules, or laws.

Lifetime license

A lifetime license means continued internal use of the purchased product line. It does not guarantee perpetual hosting, custom services, or every future product line unless separately agreed in writing.
