Terms for buying and using Cloud Waste Scanner.
These terms cover the public website, purchase flow, and paid product use unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Plans
Cloud Waste Scanner is sold as monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options. These options change payment duration, not the core product experience.
License
Paid customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product for internal business use. See the commercial license summary.
Payments
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes, invoices, subscription management, and payment receipts may be handled by that provider.
Renewals and cancellation
Monthly and yearly purchases may renew according to the payment provider's checkout terms. Customers are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not want continued billing.
Lifetime purchases
A lifetime purchase allows continued internal use of the purchased product line. It does not guarantee custom services, every future product line, or perpetual third-party infrastructure.
Refunds
If a package cannot be delivered or the product cannot reasonably be activated, contact support. Refund handling may depend on payment provider rules, fraud controls, and the status of delivered license material.
Safe use
Cloud Waste Scanner is a decision-support tool. Review findings before cleanup. The user remains responsible for cloud account changes, provider permissions, and internal approvals.
No guaranteed savings
The product helps surface waste signals, but it does not guarantee specific savings, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, rental, or third-party hosted service use.
- No removal of copyright, license, or attribution notices.
- No use that violates law, cloud provider rules, or security policies.
Support
Use the feedback and support form for purchase, delivery, and support questions. Do not send cloud provider credentials or secrets.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product during the applicable purchase period, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
